Virgin Voyages $100 Off Offer Rules & Restrictions

1. Promotion Overview
Regal Scenic Journeys Travel (also known as “Regal Scenic Journeys,” and referred to herein as “the Agency”) is offering a limited-time promotional incentive for Virgin Voyages bookings.
This promotion is strictly limited to the first ten (10) individual travelers (“Sailors”) who book and successfully complete an initial Virgin Voyages cruise through the Agency. The $100 off offer is not valid for and may not be applied to the initial cruise booking. Instead, upon successful completion of the initial cruise, eligible Sailors will be issued a one-time use Future Cruise Coupon Code valued at $100 (the “Future Cruise Coupon”) that is only applicable toward the next Virgin Voyages 5+ night cruise booked through Regal Scenic Journeys Travel, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (including the 60-day minimum interval requirement).

2. Eligibility and Participation Limits
This promotion is strictly limited to the first ten (10) individual travelers (“Sailors”) who complete the following actions:

• Successfully book a Virgin Voyages cruise through Regal Scenic Journeys Travel, where the initial cruise is five (5) nights or greater.
• Successfully complete the travel itinerary associated with said booking.

Eligibility is determined by the date and time of the initial booking deposit. Once ten (10) qualifying bookings have been processed and the travel completed, this offer shall be deemed expired and void.

3. Future Cruise Coupon Terms
Upon the successful completion of the initial cruise, eligible Sailors will be issued a Future Cruise Coupon Code valued at $100. This is a one-time use offer and is only applicable to the next Virgin Voyages 5+ night cruise booked through Regal Scenic Journeys Travel after the initial cruise has been successfully completed. The redemption of this coupon is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• Booking Requirement: The subsequent (next) cruise must be booked directly through Regal Scenic Journeys Travel and must be five (5) nights or greater.
• 60-Day Minimum Interval: The departure date of the subsequent (next) cruise must occur no sooner than sixty (60) calendar days after the completion date (disembarkation) of the initial qualifying cruise.
• 12-Month Completion Requirement: The subsequent (next) cruise must be completed (disembarkation) within twelve (12) months of the booking date of the initial qualifying cruise.
• Non-Transferability: The offer and the Future Cruise Coupon are non-transferable and may only be utilized by the original Sailor named on the initial qualifying booking.
• No Cash Value: This offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to taxes, fees, port expenses, or onboard credit unless explicitly stated in writing by the Agency.

4. General Terms and Conditions

• Agency Relationship: Regal Scenic Journeys Travel acts solely as a sales agent for Virgin Voyages. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions, and contract of carriage provided by Virgin Voyages.
• Combinability: This offer may not be combinable with other Agency-specific promotions or certain restricted Virgin Voyages fares. Please consult with your travel advisor for verification.
• Cancellations: If the initial cruise booking is canceled for any reason, the $100 discount and eligibility for the Future Cruise Coupon are forfeited. If the subsequent cruise is canceled, the $100 Future Cruise Coupon value is non-refundable.
• Modification and Termination: Regal Scenic Journeys Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect confirmed bookings already in compliance with these rules.
• Expiration: This promotion expires at midnight on June 1, 2026.

5. Governing Law
These Rules & Restrictions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Regal Scenic Journeys Travel is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
