Regal Scenic Journeys acts as a travel agency facilitating bookings on your behalf through third-party suppliers (including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not the source or provider of these travel services and cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of any suppliers.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking through Regal Scenic Journeys, you agree to:

• Review and confirm all travel documents and itineraries upon receipt.

• Meet all applicable travel requirements (passports, visas, vaccinations, entry restrictions, etc.).

• Adhere to the terms and conditions set by each travel supplier.

3. Payments & Accepted Methods

• Payments must be made via charge card only. We do not accept cash payments.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Final payment deadlines vary by supplier.

• Pricing displayed on our website and social media is subject to change and may be adapted for your convenience.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellation and refund policies are determined by the travel suppliers.

• Some components of your booking may be non-refundable.

• Changes or cancellations may incur fees from suppliers and/or Regal Scenic Journeys.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It is the traveler’s responsibility to:

• File any claims directly with the insurance provider.

• We reserve the right to adjust advertised pricing in response to market or supplier fluctuations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Regal Scenic Journeys is not responsible for:

• Loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by any supplier.

• Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

• Traveler’s failure to comply with legal travel or documentation requirements.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.
